This can be tricky. Our shipping calculations are retrieved directly from the carriers rates based on total weight of your shopping cart. Cart totals over 22kg will only see couriers options. These are usually the cheapest option anyway unless the shipping address is regional or remote Australia. We have highlighted some tips below for Regional and commercial addresses.

  • Regional  or Remote Locations – best option will likely be Australia Post. If you don’t see a parcel post option on your shipping options, your cart total is likely over 22kg. Unfortunately, the calculator for Australia Post drops off at maximum weight of 22kg. If this is the case you can place 2 or 3 seperate orders to keep the total weight down or contact us to figure out the best way to ship your order. Please note that Couriers Please prices to remote and some regional areas can be outrageously expensive. Don’t be put off if this is the only option you see, Contact us if your cart is over 22kg, and we’ll work out the best way to get your jars to you.

  • Commercial address – There are some carriers like Northline and TNT that do cheaper rates for commercial address. The website calculations do not factor this in, so if you are commercial and have large order (over 50kg) contact us or choose the Invoice me later option and we will work out the bet way of sending and send you an invoice for the shipping.

  • Check your shipping address – Please ensure your suburb (city), state and postcode is correct at final checkout.  Australia Post prices are not affected by suburb, however the couriers need to be specific. If your suburb is regional and it shares the same postcode as a main town, DO NOT enter the main town in the city field. Additional shipping charges will apply and this will slow down your order. Always check your shipping options again after making changes to your cart. P.S. on this one, its not our rules, these are set by the carriers.
