Please choose your products carefully. In general, we do not accept returns due to health reasons. Also, the cost to the customer to return a product far exceeds the refund that would be available upon return of the product.
Customers that are unsure if a product is the right size are encouraged to purchase samples first before purchasing Wholesale or bulk.
If you would like to discuss the possibility of a return (within 7 days of receiving it), please contact us directly by replying to your order confirmation. We will only accept items in the original packaging including bubble wrap. Once a product is unwrapped and handled it is not returnable.
Things to keep in mind if we do accept your return request:
- We do not refund the cost of shipping to you
- Buyer pays the cost of return shipping
- If the item was purchased as a “free shipping” item, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from the refund price.
- Refunds, exchanges or credits will be available once we receive the product and have inspected them. If we cannot resell the item the customer forfeits the refund amount.
Damaged or missing items – any damaged or missing items should be reported with 7 days of receiving and opening all boxes. Please check your entire order before 7 days. Damaged or missing items will either be refunded, replaced immediately or replaced on the next order. Please note we may ask you for further information when making a claim. Customers can email us directly by replying to the order confirmation. Please include photos.
If receiving a parcel that appears damaged on the outside or has obvious signs of damaged contents, please take photos of the box before opening and photos of the contents. In cases of badly damaged goods on arrival, this will be claimed through the carrier, therefore proof is required.
